We'll begin with dedicated postcard writing time, giving everyone a chance to slow down, write a few cards, and enjoy good conversation in the company of people who love mail as much as you do. Whether you're catching up on your correspondence or writing your very first postcard, all are welcome.

As part of the fun, we'll also host our very own Snail Mail Olympics—a series of lighthearted stationery-themed challenges designed to spark creativity, laughter, and a little friendly competition. No special skills required—just bring your favorite pen and a willingness to join in!

We'll have snacks, plenty of time to chat, and opportunities to meet others who share a love of letters, postcards, and paper.

Sara is the founder and organizer of Letter Writer Social, an online community for snail mail enthusiasts. Inspired by her love of handwritten correspondence and a deep passion for connecting with the snail mail community, she created Letter Writer Social as a space where people could cultivate correspondence relationships and learn and grow in their hobby. Outside of her work with Letter Writer Social, Sara enjoys exploring the great outdoors, paper crafts, making music, and spending quality time with her family.
